JAMES MATTHEWS
James Matthews is the founder of PS112 Partners. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, James built his career in real estate finance and development, working across investments, lending, and the development of real estate projects.
Through that work, he came to believe that success carries a responsibility beyond the present generation. PS112 Partners was founded on the conviction that the resources we are entrusted with today should be used wisely—not simply to create wealth, but to strengthen Christian institutions, serve communities, and build something lasting for those who come after us.
As a husband and father, James’s vision for PS112 is deeply personal: to steward the blessings of this world in a way that advances God’s Kingdom and leaves the next generation with stronger foundations, greater opportunities, and a legacy worth carrying forward.
James lives in Franklin, Tennessee, with his wife, Ashley, and their two children.
